Who is the foreclosure man you ask? It's me... My name is Dan Wood and I'm a local Realtor at Great Western Realty and a certified real estate negotiation expert. I received my BFA in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas in Denton. Currently I work out of my home office in the North Richland Hills and it's how I am able to service my clients in all three counties and stay close to my family. I cover basically the heart of what makes up DFW. You see, I'm right by mix masters near DFW International Airport and can access multiple highways very easily. I can be in downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth, and downtown Denton in all about the same amount of time from where I live. Many of the highways and expansions, I remember starting out as nothing or as simple streets. I have been here and there and everywhere throughout our DFW metroplex, my entire life. I am keen on what areas are growing, developing, appreciating, and how to go about serving your needs properly. Sometimes that means meeting with the City on proposed changes. Other times it is as simple as a one page document changing the terms to benefit your needs. Whatever the case may be, I am available to help guide you, with your interests at heart.
